Human Resources Business Partner

Be responsible for all aspects of HR in the company, such as recruitment and selection, learning and development, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and mobility, while also working in our Atlas Copco ITBA HR network to capitalize on synergies and help shape our local HR strategy aligned with the BA ones

Robust support for fully implementation of AC Group and Business area initiatives including the People Full Potential plan in his/her respective area

Coach and counsel managers and supervisors on Employee Relations and performance management issues

Coordinate corporate and local employee engagement surveys (Insight, other), interpret their results, and drive initiatives in response to improve company morale

To develop, promote and embrace full ownership of activities to promote our employer branding
