JOB DESCRIPTION - HRBP Manager
Location - Jamnagar
Exp. 10 - 12 yrs
ROLES & RESPONSBILITIES -
 Support with all business partnering activities for Employee Life cycle such as Hiring, On boarding, Training, Talent Management, Performance Management, separations and employee engagement
 Work closely with the site leadership to understand staffing requirements for existing and new projects; prepare the JDs and conduct recruitment for timely staffing of these requirements.
 Maintain good connect with the employees and resolve employee grievances.
 Periodically provide functional updates regarding progress on the HR KPIs and important assignments to the Business leadership and HR leadership
 Ensure compliance to all central and local labour laws for the on roll employees and contract staff engaged in the New Energy Battery Organization at the Site. Maintain Industrial peace and harmony through proactive ER/IR management and Compliance monitoring.
