We are seeking a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner to work closely with plant leadership in building a motivated, skilled, and engaged workforce at Hub Industrial Area, Pakistan (Company transport will be provided).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
Act as a strategic advisor to plant leadership on all HR matters, aligning people strategies with business goals.
Analyze workforce trends, turnover data, and HR metrics to provide actionable insights for improving productivity and engagement.
Support business planning by forecasting workforce needs and developing talent strategies to address skill gaps.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned plant positions, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees, including orientation and role-specific training.
