Human Resources Business Partner

Systems Limited is looking for HR Business Partner to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions, support workforce planning, and drive employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR partner to BPO leadership on workforce planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle.
• Drive performance management cycles, goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in line with labor laws and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, HR policies, and internal controls.
• Lead engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and retention programs.
• Support change management initiatives and process improvements within the BPO environment.
