Job Description

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing HR support to assigned Business Units as well as coordinating and supporting Employee Relations and Employee Engagement programs and policies. This highly engaged position supports assigned HR initiatives and serves as HR contact point for employee relations and employee experience to assigned units.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to assigned Business Units leaders and employees in various HR-related topics such as employee relations, employee engagement, progressive performance improvement, team development, and on boarding and off boarding supports.
  • Supports HR Investigations and at the direction of Director of Employee Experience conducts investigations into employee complaints and allegations.
