The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support a portfolio of retirement communities in the Ottawa region . This is a highly hands-on, field-based role suited for an HR professional who thrives in a unionized healthcare environment , enjoys labour relations, and is comfortable navigating complex employee relations matters with confidence.
