Human Resources Business Partner - Projects

The HR Business Partner is a hands‑on role providing HR support to ACCIONA’s project-based teams, supporting HR operations, Talent, and People programs in collaboration with project and corporate HR colleagues. The role reports directly to the Talent Operations Director.

This position is based in‑office at our Mississauga Headquarters but will be deeply involved in supporting active project sites. Site presence will be required as needed with occasional travel to project locations outside of the GTA (limited but expected).

This role requires a strong HR generalist background, ideally with experience in construction or infrastructure.

This is a new position within the company.
