Role Overview
We are seeking a strong
HR Business Partner (Assistant Manager)
to support our Senior HRBP Manager across both KFC and Pizza Hut Singapore.
This role is a
hands-on people partner and team lead
, responsible for translating HR strategy into practical, on-the-ground execution across our restaurant operations. You will manage and coach a team of HRBP Executives, partner closely with Operations leaders, and ensure consistent, compliant, and effective people practices for a large frontline workforce.
