FyneHand is mandated to hire for the role of Senior Manager - HR Business Partner Plant Lead to be based in Ambernath.

Our client is a leading player in pharmaceutical formulations delivering value to their customers and investors by developing, manufacturing, and marketing branded specialty and generic prescription pharmaceutical products.

Role Overview:

This role will provide business partnering, advising business leaders, and helping them address key people challenges while fostering a strong, high-performing culture along with employee engagement for the plant based at Ambernath. As the Lead, the incumbent plays a vital role in overseeing & detailed reviewing HR & Admin operations and will lead team 2-3 members.
