GFSC is seeking an experienced

HR Business Partner

to join our growing organization and act as a trusted partner to leaders and employees alike. This role is ideal for a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while also thinking strategically about how HR programs, people practices, and culture support business growth. You’ll bring deep generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle, strong employee relations capability, and a proven track record of building and scaling HR programs in fast-paced, evolving environments. You’ll work closely with leaders to support performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring a consistent, compliant, and people-first employee experience.
