Human Resources Business Partner

**Location**: CHANEL Vancouver - Oakridge Boutique **Reports to:** P&O Director **Contract:** Full-time and Permanent Position **Travel:** this role will require occasional, planned travels, across Canada (mainly in AB, and occasionally in ON & QC.)* Partner with the Boutique Management teams to determine the holistic learning requirements for their teams (soft skills, technical and business competencies) and ensure the trainings proposed target the right skillsets.* Build learning road maps for key talents and for potential succession candidates taking into consideration specific needs, operational challenges and organizational priorities.* 5+ years of experience as an HR/P&O Business Partner or in a similar HR role.* Advanced knowledge of the people side of the job market in Western Canada* Bilingual: English & Mandarin, spoken and written.* Relevant experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition.* A working knowledge of an HRIS, ideally Workday.* Proven experience and comfor...
