Your Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Consultant to join our People Advisory service line where we support clients with customized, practical human resources solutions that help organizations grow and succeed. This is a new position and in this role you will support a diverse portfolio of external clients, providing both ongoing and project‑based HR consulting services tailored to each organization’s unique needs. The role offers hybrid flexibility, with an expectation of being in the office three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality work across the HR Consulting value chain to our clients with respect to full‑scale HR, including operational HR support, policy review and development, performance management, employee relations, compensation review and analysis (creating wage grids), health and safety support and legislative documentation.
