Position Overview
The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in managing and supporting the full employee lifecycle for a distributed workforce across the United States and Latin America. This position is responsible for executing core HR operations including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, employee relations, compliance, and reporting.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role requires a hands-on HR professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven, with the ability to balance operational execution with a people-first mindset.
