Tomlinson is seeking a well‑rounded Human Resources professional to join our team as the Human Resources Coordinator in Kingston, ON. This position will have a significant focus on recruitment efforts.
The incumbent applies human resources theories and principles to support the organization. The HR Coordinator is involved with various aspects of HR including recruitment, performance management, employee and labour relations, and assists with other areas of HR. They contribute to the implementation of HR programs and provide guidance to employees and supervisors on confidential employee relations issues.
Location: Kingston, ON, with weekly travel to Ottawa.
