Location: Faisal Town, Lahore
Salary: Up to PKR 70,000 (based on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR coordination, maintaining compliance, and enhancing overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups). Conduct initial candidate screening and maintain recruitment trackers.
Facilitate onboarding documentation and orientation of new hires.
Ensure timely issuance of offer letters and employment contracts.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
