Human Resources Development Manager

Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of the Foundation's staff learning and development strategies, programs, and interventions.
Partner with people managers to assess capability gaps, identify training priorities, and develop targeted learning solutions.
Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), including governance, content strategy, reporting, and data-driven insights for leadership decision-making.
Oversee scholarship and training fund governance, including policy compliance, budget planning, monitoring of expenditures, and reporting.
