We are seeking an experienced, action-oriented HR Director to lead and scale our people operations across a fast-moving, technology-driven environment. This is a highly hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on building, improving, and executing HR processes end-to-end rather than operating at arm's length.

You will partner closely with executive leadership while working directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and operational teams to deliver best-in-class HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
• Lead payroll and benefits administration, including 401(k) plans and US-aligned benefits structures
