Job Description
Lead the HR function at Athenian School as their Human Resources Director. Oversee the full employee lifecycle while fostering an inclusive environment throughout this educational community.
The Athenian School is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to take on the role of HR Director, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This role requires expertise in recruitment, performance management, and benefits administration, with a focus on compliance with California employment law.
