Our client is a top leading beauty clinic, they are providing aesthetic solutions to improve the quality of customer’s life. Now they are looking for a Human Resources Director to join their team. You will be responsible for managing mainly in overall functions of HR.
Role purpose to: 
 Being responsible and managing overall functions of HR including talent management, employee relation and communication, compensation and benefits, internal regulations, employee retention and workforce planning, and talent acquisition. 
Major Responsibilities: 
Handling comprehensive personnel management in both HRM and HRD aligns with strategic human resources plans.
Setting up human resources direction plans and development.
Planning, controlling, and driving human resources activities to align strategic plans effectively.
