without chaos

What You Will Own (Core Responsibilities)
1. People Strategy & Execution

• Translate the Founder's vision into
  scalable HR systems
• Build HR frameworks that scale from
  30 → 300+ employees
• Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business goals

2. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Excellence

• Build elite hiring systems (scorecards, structured interviews, ATS)
• Ensure
  only A-players
  are hired across all SwiftNine ventures
