Human Resources Director

SwiftNine is building a next-generation global group across e-commerce, fintech, technology, and services. We are hiring a world-class HR Director to design, run, and scale our entire people engine.
This is not an admin role.
The HR Director will act as a strategic operator — owning hiring quality, performance systems, leadership development, culture, and HR operations — so SwiftNine can scale fast without chaos.
What You Will Own (Core Responsibilities)1. People Strategy & Execution
Translate the Founder's vision into scalable HR systems
Build HR frameworks that scale from 30 → 300+ employees
Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business goals
2. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Excellence
Build elite hiring systems (scorecards, structured interviews, ATS)
Ensure only A-players are hired across all SwiftNine ventures
Train managers on how to interview, assess, and hire properly
