BASIC FUNCTIONS:

The Human Resources Director drives the full talent journey, from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, compensation, and labor relations. Serving as a strategic partner to the executive team, this role ensures compliance, designs people-focused policies, oversees benefits, manages union negotiations and global mobility, and promotes a culture of collaboration, recognition, and engagement. By aligning HR strategy with business goals, the Director empowers employees, strengthens teamwork, and enables organizational excellence.
