Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director owns the people agenda in full and builds a people function that runs on its own. The role is regional and group-wide: the Director governs people across South East Asia markets and head quarters, setting the standards, policies, and systems that every country runs to and holding each market accountable to them. Accountability runs the full talent lifecycle, from attracting and developing talent to managing performance and retaining the people the business needs to operate today and to scale. The Director is the single point of accountability for people, owning and resolving hiring, discipline, performance, and day to day matters so that routine issues stay off the leadership agenda.
