Human Resources Director

Overview

Our client is looking for an HR Director to lead and evolve the HR function as the business scales.

This is a 100% remote role , working CET time zone , on a B2B / self-employed basis. You will manage a small HR team and take ownership of HR direction beyond pure hiring: strategy, reporting, people processes, and talent evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• HR leadership & strategy: Define and drive the HR roadmap aligned with company goals, including clear targets and measurable outcomes.
• Internal recruitment strategy & delivery: Improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategy, and hiring manager collaboration; ensure strong delivery through the HR team.
• People analytics & reporting: Track and report HR/hiring performance, share insights with leadership, and set new goals based on results.
