Position Summary:
We're looking for a Human Resources Director to join IT By Design Philippines. This role suits an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step in leading a team while staying hands-on in day-to-day HR operations. You'll drive employee engagement, ensure compliance, and align local execution with our global HR strategies in the US and India.

Education level required:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)
7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in IT or tech
Experience managing HR & Admin functions (onboarding, payroll, employee relations, C&B)
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR systems (Sprout, BambooHR, Darwin Box etc.)
