Human Resources Director (Xico)

Director level HR Bid and Transition partner who will lead and manage the people solution in the bid phase and people transition in the increasing number of customer opportunities within the LATAM region. This role will serve as part of our integral people-focused organization strategically aligned to support sales and increased revenue utilizing customizable Human Resource people solutions.

• Manage the RFI/RFP bid responses for large/complex opportunities within the LATAM region in coordination with business teams.
• Develop innovative end-to-end people solution design that enables Cognizant to achieve the company’s business goals and objectives.
