Human Resources Executive

Sharksfluence is a performance-driven influencer marketing agency scaling from 5 → 15+ team members (long-term vision: 50+). We already have a Junior HR Executive managing daily operations. We now need a senior HR professional to build the HR infrastructure from scratch, not manage admin tasks.
Role Details
Part-time: 4-5 hours/day, 6 days/week
Hybrid – Karachi (1 day in office, 5 days work from home)

What You'll Do
Build HR Infrastructure
Employee handbook (conduct, leave, disciplinary, exit policies)
Employment contracts, NDAs, offer letters
Structured onboarding system
PIP framework & warning ladder
Exit & clearance process
Design Structured Hiring System
Role definition templates
Interview scorecards (weighted evaluation)
Practical assessment rubrics
Reference check framework
