with strong experience in
bulk hiring for call center sales roles
. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing
high-volume recruitment
in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end
  bulk hiring
  for call center sales agents
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with operations teams
• Maintain hiring data, trackers, and reports using MS Excel
• Manage onboarding and documentation for new hires
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
• Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records
