Human Resources Executive

Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking a Human Resources Executive to join our growing team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time position, you will support our HR activities and contribute to the organization's success.

Kufong HQ is located next to Lido Avenue Condominium in Mega City Office.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
2. Administering employee records and maintaining HR databases
3. Coordinating employee benefits, payroll, and leave management
4. Conducting training and development programmers for staff
5. Providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant HR-related laws and regulations
7. Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
8. Participating in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience
