Key Responsibilities
Manage daily HR and office administrative operations
Handle recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
Support payroll preparation, leave tracking, and employee inquiries
Prepare HR reports, letters, and internal documents
Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and internal communications
Manage office supplies, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
Provide administrative support to management and handle ad-hoc tasks
