Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling discipline and grievance cases.
• Plan, manage, and implement company policies and procedures in accordance with the company directions and Malaysian regulation.
• Ensure smooth implementation and enforcement of Company's rules and regulation and policies.
• Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
• Social responsibilities management (CSR).
• Employees training and development.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Art in Human Resource or Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or other relevant discipline.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and interaction skill.
