Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, recruitment, administrative coordination and driving employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibility
1. Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
Support end-to-end HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
Assist with administrative tasks including contract preparation, confirmation letters, and HR documentation.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles in Malaysia, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
