As our team grows, we're looking for a Human Resources Executive who's passionate about people and detail-oriented in payroll, benefits, and HR operations.
What You'll Do
You'll be the backbone of our people operations — keeping HR organized, compliant and making sure our people are engaging and our culture thriving.
Manage the full spectrum of payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
Maintain accurate employee data, leave management, and HR records.
Support compensation & benefits administration, including annual reviews and staff claims.
Coordinate recruitment activities — job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Drive employee engagement initiatives such as team events, recognition programs, and well-being activities.
