Human Resources Executive

Menz & Gasser Asia , a leading international manufacturer of high-quality fruit and vegetable preparations for global markets, is expanding its operations in Malaysia. To support our growing team, we are seeking a dedicated and hands-on HR Executive to champion our people operations and foster a dynamic workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding (job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters, orientation)
• HR administration and documentation (employee records, contracts, letters, confirmation, resignation, etc.)
• Coordinate and process payroll inputs , leave records, claims, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
• Support training and development activities and maintain training records
• Handle employee enquiries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies
