Job Description
Devstax is looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HR experience within a BPO environment and the ability to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations efficiently during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing needs
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support performance management and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
