We're Hiring: HR Executive (BPO Industry)

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of experience as an HR Executive in the BPO industry
• Experience in recruitment & onboarding (bulk hiring preferred)
• Knowledge of HR operations, attendance, and employee engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for BPO roles
• Employee onboarding and documentation
• Managing attendance, leaves, and HR records
• Handling employee queries and coordination
• Supporting HR initiatives and compliance
