HR Executive
to manage recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
• Implement HR policies, KPIs, and performance reviews
• Handle employee relations, notices, and exit formalities
• Coordinate payroll and HR reporting

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Presentation and Interpersonal skills
• Understanding of real estate industry trends, products, and market demands
• Qualification: (MBA/BBA/BS Marketing / BS in relevant field)
