Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for everything from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations, policy implementation, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate is a people-person with a strong understanding of HR best practices and (mention specific local labor laws, e.g., Indian Labour Laws, US Employment Laws).

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
