We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team at AIK CHEONG COFFEE ROASTER SDN BHD. This full‑time position is based in Cheng Melaka and will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR operations and initiatives within our organisation.

What you’ll be doing

Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews

Maintaining employee records and processing payroll, leave, and other HR‑related transactions

Providing support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures

Coordinating employee onboarding and orientation programmes

Assisting in the organisation of training and development activities

Addressing employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
