Job Description:
We are currently headhunting for a versatile and experienced HR Specialist to join our client's team - a chemical manufacturer, located in the industrial hub of Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang.
This is a comprehensive Generalist role perfect for a candidate who enjoys handling end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment to government compliance.
Salary: RM 7,000 and above (Commensurate with experience) Location: Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang, Johor (On-site) Language: Mandarin Proficiency is Required
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment (demand analysis, sourcing, interviewing) and lead the onboarding process, ensuring all contracts are compliant with the Employment Act 1955.
Payroll & Attendance: Oversee monthly attendance, leave management, and accurate calculation of salaries, OT, and statutory deducti...
