Role Description

• Leadership role – Handle HR duties (Japanese & Local) at the Malaysia office.
• Oversee the progress and accuracy of HR tasks handled by the team member, and improvements to HR operations.
• In recruitment, manage hands‑on tasks such as coordinating job postings, communicating with candidates, and arranging interview schedules, while also supervising team members’ recruitment activities, ensuring appropriate task allocation, progress tracking, and overall process optimization.
