Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Human Resources Executive located in Cyberjaya. The Human Resources Executive will handle daily HR operations, oversee employee relations, manage HR policies, and support overall HR management. This role also involves collaborating with teams to ensure efficient HR services and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
Proficiency in Employee Relations and HR Policies
Solid understanding of core Human Resources (HR) functions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a hybrid work setting
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
