Human Resources Executive

Job Purpose:
To support Learning & Development and workplace culture initiatives within a manufacturing environment, including coordination of training programs and HRD Corp (HRDC)–related activities, ensuring employee capability development and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Support training needs analysis (TNA) for manufacturing and operations teams to identify skill gaps, compliance needs, and development requirements.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs such as classroom training, on-the-job training (OJT), toolbox talks, workshops, and e-learning.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new joiner.
Support talent development initiatives, including skills upgrading, multi-skilling, and early leadership development for supervisors and team leaders.
Assist in managing HRD Corp (HRDC) processes, including training documentation, claims preparation, submission, and record-keeping.
