Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our HR team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the full spectrum of HR operations, from talent acquisition and onboarding to workforce administration and compliance. Key Responsibilities
1. Employment Documentation & Contracts
▸ Draft, prepare, and issue Employment Contracts, Re-Employment Agreements, and ad hoc HR letters in a timely and accurate manner.
▸ Ensure all documentation is compliant with applicable employment laws and company policies.
2. Onboarding & IT Coordination
▸ Coordinate with the IT department to create and maintain Master Employee Records for new hires within the HRIS system.
