MMain Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly passionate and driven HR professional to join our team at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree.
This will be an excellent opportunity for HR professionals to shape the culture and set the standards for Human Capital practices for the Resort. The Talent Attraction Executive will do so by building a strong, passionate and talented workforce, one which embodies the values and spirit of our brand.
The incumbent will also deepen and advance their HR career by being involved in the formulation and setting up of the HR department and HR policies for the Resort.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy - Develop a comprehensive talent attraction strategy to ensure that the Resort's pre-opening manpower needs are met. The incumbent will identify and leverage an array of recruitment channels (e.g. social media, recruitment roadshows, job portals) to attract top talents for the Resort.
