Human Resources Executive

Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM) is an EduTrust registered Private Education Institution offering a variety of courses. We invite qualified and experienced individuals for the following position: Human Resources Executive (Salary range: SGD 2500 - 3500) The candidate will report to the Human Resources Manager. Job Descriptions: Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Handle administrative tasks for interview, onboarding, and offboarding process.
Maintain and update employee records in Infotech HRMS and personnel files.
Monitor and process work pass application, renewal, cancellations.
Handle CPF, IR8A, Tax Clearance IR21 submissions.
Work closely with the Finance team for processing payroll for Singapore and overseas employees.
Coordinate employee engagement events to foster a positive work environment.
Any other duties as assigned.
