Job Title : Human Resources Executives

Working Hours & Days :

• Monday until Friday (08:30 am - 05:00 pm)
• Saturday (08:30 am - 01:00 pm)

Location :

BEKAL BARU SDN BHD (ADABI SUBSIDIARY)
No. 5 & 6, Jalan SMS 1, Kawasan Industri Rawang Perdana, 48000 Rawang, Selangor.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related any related field.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in human resources or related fields is highly desirable.
• Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, particularly the Employment Act 1955, and best practices in human resource management.
