Descripción y detalle de las actividadesAnalyze Key Metrics of the HR BBSC (Absenteeism, Turnover, PER, Staffing cycle time Etc., HR Analytics' )- Manage and execute the recruitment and employment Process related for professional, technical positions- Manage grievances and /or conflicts, workplace issues &employee questions related to discipline Process- Support HR to achieve Plan and Objectives- Execute employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting; Analyze Key Metrics and Suggest action plan- Support employee orientation, development, and training- Execute policy development and documentation- Support safety, welfare, wellness and health for all employees in site- Be a POC of employee services and counseling.
