Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department within a BPO environment in Colombia. This role focuses on HR administration, labor compliance tracking, data analysis, and employee relations support. The position reports directly to the HR Manager. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to maintaining a professional, confidential, and ethical work environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support the implementation and day-to-day follow-up of HR policies, including employee conduct, dress code, and the employee handbook.
• Monitor and report compliance with the Internal Work Regulations (
