You will be responsible for payroll preparation, recruitment coordination, HR administration, and daily people operations. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, well-organised, and comfortable managing HR matters independently within a growing organisation.

Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:

Payroll & Statutory Administration

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Manage statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and related reporting.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure accuracy of employee data.
• Coordinate payroll adjustments including overtime, claims, and leave deductions.
